We offer free USPS First-Class shipping on all orders over
$55 USD.

For orders under $55 USD customers can choose to have their items shipped either USPS First-Class, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS and thew cost of each of these services is calculated at the check-out page.

We only ship to the USat this time.

We ship packages every Monday, Wednesday & Friday
excluding all State & Federal holidays. 

In the event that we are on vacation and unable to ship your
item on tour regular shipping days we will place a banner at the top of the website letting you know when we are expected to begin shipping orders again.
And you can expect to have your order shipped at that time.

Due to our products being cut to order we are unable to
accept returns in most situations.

If for some reason you receive the wrong item/s or the item
is a misprint  or otherwise defective we
can offer an replacement when available or refund.

At this time, Flippin Ribbon Crafts does not process
exchanges.  Replacements can be processed if the item is still available.
 We try very hard to send out products with no flaws.  Sometimes
it happens.   If you receive your products with a misprint or defect,
please notify us.   We will make every effort to make sure that you, the
customer, are happy with your purchase.  We appreciate your business!

If your items arrive damaged or not what you expected,
please contact us immediately and retain the damaged packaging.  Explain
the issue.  If possible, provide images.  Again, we will work
with you to correct the problem.  We want all of our customers happy!
